Practice Details:

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm

· Patients per day: Ranges by location, averaging 6-7 per day

· Procedures: All General Dentistry, including Endo, Oral Surgery, Implants and Sedation

· Patient ages: 5-90

· Patients per day: 6-7 per operatory

· Technology: CBCT, Osteiod, Dentrix Ascend with Detect AI and 3Shape Trios 5 Scanning

· New patients per month: 20-25%

· 93-94% collection rate

Support Staff:

• Assistants: 2, we use EFDA to assist with production
• Hygiene: 1-4 chairs depending on location
• Front Office: 2, check in and check out, one is the lead
• The practices have heavy support from Corporate

Additional Information:

· Clinical Residency: We offer a clinical residency that can be taken while working (classes on Friday and one Saturday/month. There is no fee but requires 2 years of service. We elevate dentists to a Super General Practitioner, and they graduate placing implants with a Sedation Certificate. Taught out of the Powell, TN

· Started their own in-house laboratory
