Start Date: 1/1/2025
End Date: 7/31/2025
Weekly Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm (Will be OK with 2-3 days a week schedule if need be)

Work Details:
• # of Support staff: 2
• Patient population/age: Adults
• EMR: Dentrix

Cases/Procedures:
• Full Scope of Prosthodontic procedures

Requirements:
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: Not required but preferred
• Certifications preferred: Prosthodontic residency trained
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Must obtain NEW TB Gold test within 1 week of acceptance.
