Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist for a locum tenens position in Ohio. This exciting opportunity offers a 60-day assignment starting 05/12/2025, with weekday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM and OR hours from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide range of pediatric dental procedures including hygiene checks, restorative work, crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions. This role also requires proficiency with Epic EMR and offers a chance for extension.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform pediatric dental hygiene and restorative procedures
- Conduct dental consultations for pediatric patients
- Carry out crown and bridge placements
- Complete fillings and dental restorations
- Perform simple, surgical, and full mouth extractions
- Conduct procedures under sedation when necessary
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and work assignments
Additional Information:
- Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Ohio
- Strong background in pediatric dentistry required
- Comfortable working with children of all ages
- Experience with sedation dentistry preferred
- Excellent communication skills for working with young patients and their families
