Position:

· Pediatric Certification Required

· Willing to consider all levels of experience

· Mentorship Available

· Anticipated start date: ASAP, pending credentialing

· Schedule: Monday – Thursday

· 2 Doctors currently, 1 Hygienist, 2 Chairside assistants, Treatment and Patient Coordinator, Office Manager

· 8 Doctor Ops | 7 Hygiene Ops

· Practice does both Nitrous and IV Sedation

· Sedation group comes into office 2x each week

· Stainless Steel Crowns, Space Maintainers, Pulpotomies, Extractions, Sealants, Fillings, etc..

· 160 New patients each month

· Blended Payors – PPO/FFS/ Medicaid

Offering:

· Daily Guarantee of $1,100 first 180 days

· Tiered Production: Up to 40%

· One time productivity bonus of $100k paid for $2.4m in adjusted gross collections annual

· $400-500k+ Earning Potential
