We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist for our community health group in Columbus, Georgia. Our organization was established in 1994, and has grown in size and expanded its services to provide medical, dental, outreach, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to residents in the Chattahoochee Valley region and beyond.

As a Pediatric Dentist with our practice, you’ll play a vital role in promoting dental health and wellness among children in our community. Your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care in a child-friendly environment, helping to instill good oral hygiene habits from a young age. Overview:
Flexible Part-Time Schedule
Pediatric Dentistry Only
Salary $82 per hour+ based on experience

Qualifications

  • Must have an active State License
  • Must be Board Certified

Responsibilities

  • To adhere to the American Dental Association’s professional, ethical, and moral standards
  • Through medical histories, study models, and radiographs, acquire accurate and comprehensive data on each patient
  • Each patient under his or her care must be examined, evaluated, and treated
  • To provide dental treatment that is preventive, therapeutic, and restorative
  • When therapy options aren’t available, people are referred
  • In the delivery of oral care, to maintain a sterile/disinfected environment
  • To teach the patient and parent/guardian about how to avoid dental caries and other dental problems
  • To attend and participate in Clinic Staff meetings
  • To provide feedback on the dental auxiliary staff’s performance and technical abilities
  • Maintain a collaborative spirit in the effort to provide a high-quality product
