This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Dental organization.
Salary and Benefits
- Production Bonus of 34% for W2 employees or 38% if you are 1099.

Responsibilities
- Schedule:Mon-Friday 8am-5pm.
- 8-20 patients a day depending on the providers bandwidth.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues in pediatric patients, including routine examinations, cleanings, and restorative procedures.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on proper oral hygiene and preventive measures.
- Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a safe and hygienic operatory environment.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- State Licensure in Louisiana
- New Grads Welcome
