- 1099 locum contractor
- 6 weeks of coverage needed – option to extend
- Great Pay!!
Additional Details:
- Pediatric Dental Clinic
- Location – Olympia, WA
- Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
- Schedule: Mondays for the rest of October & Mon-Weds for November.
- 25-40 pts per day between hygiene & Op.
- Full Support Staff
- Credentialing Timeframe: Quick Credentialing
Requirements:
- Must have active WA license
- General Pediatric procedures
- Must have applicable certifications
