Job Description
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: Asap-ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, 1 hr lunch
- Patient Volume: 25-35
- 100% Pediatric patients
- Cases: Extractions, space maintainers, fillings, crowns
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist who sees kids
- Active CO License
- Medicaid enrollment
