Job Description

Peds | 75/k Sig-on | St. Louis, MO | 500/k or more annually

Schedule

Regular Hours: 8a-5p M-F, 8a-1p

Summer Hours (June-Aug): 7a-4p M-Th, 7-12:30 F

Patients per day: avg of 60 pts per day

Accelerated schedule, 5-6 columns per doctor

Chairs/Ops: 10 chairs

Sedation: Nitrous Oxide, Office Based Anesthesia (general anesthesia)

Office general oral sedation

System: Eaglesoft PMS

Compensation: $1,600 daily for 1st 6months and % collections

Sign-on: 75k

Relocation:10k

Additional Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Association Dues, Liability Insurance Coverage, DEA Reimbursement, and 14 vacation days
