About the Role:
. 1099 Private Contractor
. Provide comprehensive oral care to pediatric patients
. Routine restorations, SSCs, pulp therapy, extractions, space maintainers
. Perform sedation: N2O, oral conscious sedation, and general anesthesia (OR in Round Rock)
. Work solo most days, so strong experience and ability to integrate quickly are preferred
. Office Hours: Mon-Thurs, 8am-4:30pm
Incentives:
. Daily Guarantee: $1,400
. Production Bonus: 33% of all adjusted production under your supervision (including hygiene)
. Group Health Plan available
. Work Environment: 4-day work week, with 3-4 days/month at our OR in Round Rock, TX (plus optional 2 Fridays/month at other location)
. Team: Support from 4 dental assistants, one hygienist, and four general office staff
. Tech: Digital X-ray, iTero scanner, Intraoral cameras
