Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Pediatric Dentist to join us at Smile Dental Partners! At Smile, our passion is to reimagine dentistry and how people experience it. To that end, we focus on doing one thing better than anyone else…easy, integrated dental care. Smile is West Michigan’s first and only multi-specialty dental practice, combining adult dentistry (Smile), pediatric dentistry (Little Smiles), and orthodontics (Smile Orthodontics). This allows each of our offices (Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, North Muskegon, and Holland) to provide a one-stop destination for the dental needs of the entire family.
In addition to our multi-specialty offices, we also have a state-of-art surgical center in Grand Rapids, MI. Daydreams Procedure Center is West Michigan’s premier resource for pediatric dentistry under general anesthesia. Daydreams is a surgical center designed for dentistry and staffed with an elite team of operating room experienced pediatric dentists, pediatric dental assistants, pediatric nurses, and MD anesthesiologists. Daydreams partners with a network of referral partners throughout Michigan providing safe sedation for children and a relaxed, trauma-free experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to travel between offices in Grand Haven, North Muskegon, Holland, Grand Rapids
- Ability to work at Daydreams Surgical Center in Grand Rapids 1 day/week
- Completion of Pediatric Residency
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Proactively manage performance expectations
- Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives
- Ability to manage up, across and down effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine
- State license and malpractice insurance
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care
