Practice Overview:

• Join a family-owned, Wisconsin based organization
• 800 team members across 14 locations
• Serving Eastern Wisconsin, From Green Bay to Milwaukee, and down to Kenosha
• “Complete care under one roof” - In house Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists
• Training and mentoring encouraged – Great opportunity for experienced and new graduates
• Flexible schedule
• Focus location is Appleton, though may have additional options available

Compensation and Benefits:

• 350K salary, commensurate of experience
• 30 percent of Net – 400K – 500K realistic potential
• Up to 75K “retention” bonus, payable over 5 years (paid years’ 3 and on)
• PTO: 3 weeks
• Sick leave: 5 days
• 7 National Holidays
• CE Allowance: 2,500
• 401K with 50 percent ER match after 2 years (up to 6 percent)
