Oral Surgery:

· Need: Oral Surgeon, OMS (Will not consider General Dentist)

· Procedures: Typically, Bread & Butter Oral Surgery Procedures. Practices are willing to do what they can to accommodate opportunities for full scope practice. Can get hospital time in the schedule

· Scheduling: Prefer full-time (4-5 days each week), May consider 3 days for the right candidate

· Average Daily Production: Client contact mentioned $15k is a good baseline for production in each practice

· Partnership/Equity available

· Compensation: $750k – $1.4m earning potential

· 2 locations in Upstate NY

West Haven, CT:

· 6 sister locations in Connecticut – Mainly recruiting for West Haven and North Haven, CT

· No requirements to work at multiple practices – can rotate through 1-2 additional if desired

Springfield, MO:

· Stand alone practice – very minimal competition

· Great Partner

· Plans to retire in a few years, no set retirement date
