Oral Surgeon

We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team in Pittsburgh, PA. The perfect candidate will possess outstanding skills in patient interaction and education. Daily duties will involve:

– Reviewing patient information and cone beam CT scans for diagnosis and treatment planning.

– Developing preoperative strategies to convey requirements and work in conjunction with referring dentists and our internal team.

– Conducting follow-up appointments.

– Guiding patients’ expectations by providing clear explanations of procedures, answering questions, and demonstrating empathy towards patients and their families.

Job Duties:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other providers, as well as all other clinical and non-clinical personnel as necessary.
• Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedures which are in compliance with the most current accepted professional standards.
• Improving clinical skills and acumen through participation in continuing education and training opportunities (continuing education support is available).
• Participate in various community outreach initiatives as necessary.
