About the Practice:

• Two Locations: Chesapeake (primary focus) and Virginia Beach (Option to Split Time).
• Experienced Team: Tenured staff with 6–10 years of experience, ensuring seamless surgical experiences for both patients and surgeons.
• Robust Referrals: Over 500 referring offices, providing a consistent, high-volume patient flow.
• Fully Equipped: Digital offices with 4–6 operatories, CBCT machines at each location, CAtech scanners to support full-scope oral surgery.

Surgical Focus:

• Extractions
• Third molars
• Implants
• Bone grafts
• Limited pathology
• Surgeons perform and monitor most anesthesia; anesthesiologists are brought in as needed.

Candidate Expectations:

• Primary Location: Chesapeake, VA (option to split time with Virginia Beach office if desired).
• Networking: Building relationships with referring offices and engaging with the local community.
• Patient Care: Delivering exceptional surgical care in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $400,000 base or percentage of adjusted net collections (whichever is greater).
• Vacation: 2 weeks paid time off.
