Oral Surgeon / Single Doc Practice / Full Autonomy
My client is looking for a surgeon for a recently purchased practice. This will be a single doctor location, and you will have full autonomy. There are already staff there, but you can hire new staff. Established Office Manager, ready for surgeon transition. Pay is done in a hybrid W2/1099 model. 1M+ in earning potential within the first year. There is also a buy-in option.
Practice Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Wednesday/Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Practice Details:
- 5 Ops.
- Has established referrals and patients.
- Fully staffed. Established Office Manager, ready for surgeon transition.
- They will be remarketing and putting in all new equipment.
- Opening CE program in the building.
Financials:
- 400K Base Salary (W2)
- 35% Collection, once hit 1.5M in production (one-time) (1099 – Hybrid Model)
- 1M+ in earning potential within the first year.
- 25K Sign-On Bonus
- Up to 25K Relocation Reimbursement
- 5K Annually for Dues/CE
