Job Description
Midwest Private OMS Practice – $ 1 million + Earnings
- Over 30 years of strong community-wide relationships and established referral base. Full schedule. There is no call at the hospitals unless you choose to participate, but the partners are not on the hospital call schedule.
- Sedation IV and airway management are provided by ACLS certified Registered Nurses and DAANCE certified surgical assistants.
- Expert administrative team handling scheduling, registration, insurance, billing, and coding.
- Southern Wisconsin is known for its quality of life, outdoor adventure and recreation, excellent schools, and great community. It perfectly blends small-town charm and access to urban conveniences close to Madison, Chicago, and Milwaukee.
Updated offer:
- $450,000 base salary
- $25,000 signing bonus
- Incentive: A 40% bonus will be awarded based on the Associate’s collections surpassing $1.35 million annually, with current partners earning $3M
