Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon | South Carolina

Position Title: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Location: Sumter, South Carolina

Practice Type: Premier Oral Surgery Group

Practice Overview:

-Single-surgeon practice offering a full-scope OMS experience, including extractions, implants, orthognathic surgery, and more.
- Equipped with Carestream practice software for efficient operations.
- Established patient base with a steady flow of referrals.
- Fully staffed team, including support staff assistants and a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) for the surgeon.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: $500,000/year or 35% of adjusted production (whichever is higher).
Health Insurance: Comprehensive plan provided.
Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by the practice.
Vacation: 4 weeks annually.
Continuing Education (CE):$10,000 allowance per year.
Partnership Track: Opportunity for professional growth and ownership.

Qualifications:

- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Licensed to practice in South Carolina or eligible for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
