A leading oral surgery group in Sumter, South Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their established, full-scope practice. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway to partnership.

- Single-surgeon practice with a broad OMS case mix: extractions, implants, orthognathic surgery, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $500,000/year base or 35% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided
- Malpractice: Fully covered by the practice
- Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation annually
- CE Allowance: $10,000 per year
- Ownership: Defined partnership track available
Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Eligible for South Carolina dental license
