Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Position
My client has a thriving private Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Detroit, MI. The practice offers a quick ramp up with skilled support staff. There is also an opportunity for partnership after 12 months with the practice.
Practice Details:
· Technology-focused office with abundant resources and state-of-the-art equipment.
· Practice has a General Dentist, NP and CRNA making the office very efficient.
· Experienced support staff with most being there for 10 years.
· Flexible hours and number of shifts per week.
· Certified B-Corporation through community involvement.
Financials:
· $400,000 base salary or % of collections.
· Potential of $1,000,000+ a year.
