General Dentistry
They were fully operational at this clinic from 2009-April 2017
Location is Darlington, WI
M-F 8-5
Solo position
Will have 2 Assistants and 1-2 Hygienists
Each dentist will have 2 Operatories
Will see 12 pats/day, plus hygiene exams
Payor Mix: 70% Medicaid, 20% Uninsured/self-pay, 10% other insurance
