Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position in New Jersey. This 60-day assignment offers a flexible schedule, starting 07/07/2025. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a range of dental procedures including simple implants, hygiene checks, bridges, crowns, and simple extractions. Experience with AOX implants is a plus but not required. The role involves a mix of restorative procedures and hygiene checks, utilizing Dentrix software. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a rewarding temporary assignment with the potential for extension.


Job Details:

Provider Type Needed: Dentist

Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform a variety of dental procedures including simple implants, bridges, and crowns

• Conduct hygiene checks and manage hygiene columns

• Carry out simple extractions as needed

• Provide comprehensive dental care and patient education

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Dentrix software

• Ensure high-quality patient care and follow all practice protocols and safety standards


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice in New Jersey

• Experience with AOX implants is beneficial but not required

• 50% restorative procedures / 50% hygiene checks (2 hygiene columns)
