Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Minnesota. This 13-day assignment begins on 05/06/2025, with a Tuesday and Wednesday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in general dentistry procedures and comfortable using Dentrix practice management software. There is also a chance for an extension with this opportunity.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans
• Provide a wide range of general dentistry services
• Conduct routine and complex dental procedures
• Utilize Dentrix practice management software for documentation
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practices and techniques
• Communicate effectively with patients about their oral health and treatment options
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Manage time efficiently to accommodate scheduled patients and procedures
Requirements:
• Active Minnesota state dental license
• Experience in general dentistry
• Proficiency in Dentrix dental practice management software
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
