Position Highlights:

• Change lives & transform smiles with AOX and full-mouth surgical reconstruction in an elite practice setting.
• 80% surgical/20% restorative dentistry: AOX treatment (AO4, AO6), full and partial mouth reconstruction, in room conversion capabilities all with complete service in one visit.
• Exceptional Clinic-Life Balance: 3 clinical days + 1 administrative day
• High-end technologies include Planmeca CBCT & Aoralscan Elite
• Culture & Support: Join Dr. Ryan Reeves and Jenni Moseley as they lead their dedicated clinical team, including hygienist, lab coordinator, treatment coordinators, and sales team.

Desirable Practice Setting:

• Exclusive 2-story standalone custom-built building with beautifully designed operatories & surgical suite.
• Dedicated surgical suite, private, enclosed, and accessible to any patient’s needs.
• Four open operatories face a private, serene courtyard with manicured landscape and koi pond.
• No waiting rooms – their “reception area” is to receive patients on time to their personal suite.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD & completion of AOX masterclass or equivalent
• Must hold or obtain a GA license.
• Dedicated to providing outstanding patient care with precision, artistry and innovation.
• Someone with a growth mindset who is willing to adapt and wants to continue to learn.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Start at $350k base with lab fees paid 100% by Beyond
• Transition to production model to provide the most lucrative scenario for the provider with untapped Earning Potential based on monthly production (Practice Professionals have been compensated between $400k-$700k based on skill)
• Independent contractor: capitalize on tax benefits
• Fee-for-service patients traveling from all over the country for the Beyond way.
