Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a Multi-specialty Clinic in California. The ideal candidate will be available to start on 05/12/2025, working either Monday through Thursday or Wednesday through Saturday on a rotating schedule, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. This role requires expertise in general dentistry procedures, including crown preparations, bridges, dentures and partials, fillings, exams, and sealants. The provider will also be utilizing Nextgen practice management software.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform general dentistry procedures for a diverse patient panel
• Conduct crown preparations and bridge work
• Fit and adjust dentures and partials
• Complete fillings and sealant applications
• Perform comprehensive dental exams
• Maintain accurate and detailed dental records using Nextgen software
• Collaborate with dental staff and other healthcare professionals
• Provide patient education on oral health and hygiene
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Additional Information:
• California dental license required
• Comfortable handling a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Major extractions are not part of the scope of work
