We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Wisconsin. This 60-day assignment starts on 07/01/2025, with a schedule of Mondays and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays from 8 AM to 1 PM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with general dentistry procedures, including emergency cases, root canals, crowns, and restorative work. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting, providing comprehensive dental care to patients. The dentist will be responsible for conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, and performing various dental procedures to ensure optimal oral health for patients.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning
• Conduct general dentistry procedures, including emergency cases
• Perform root canals, crown placements, and restorative work
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix software
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout dental visits
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental techniques and practices
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
• Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software preferred
• Strong expertise in general dentistry procedures, including emergency cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and care coordination
• Flexibility to handle a diverse range of dental cases
• Possibility of assignment extension beyond the initial 60 days
