Job Description

DDS need near Salt Lake City, UT in Holladay, UT.

ASAP Start!

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM


- Patients per day - 24 pts per day includes hyg checks

- 2 Hygienists, who do all hygiene, doc just checks the work

- Mainly adults


- All PPO and Cash office (NO Medicaid)


-Procedures: restorative, preventative, implants, cosmetic, emergency, some pediatric


Travel and lodging covered

Medical Malpractice Insurance included

Weekly Direct deposit
