Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled dentist to join our growing team. With state-of-the-art facilities, a supportive work environment, and a reputation for excellence, this is your chance to grow with us and make a meaningful impact in our community. *3 year strong clinic, averaging 40-50 monthly new patients*
Hours:
*M-F:8-5*
*Weekends as needed*
* Our compensation structure includes 35% to 40% of collections from the services you provide. (Negotiable)*
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Conduct routine dental exams and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions
- Develop treatment plans for patients based on their dental needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Opendental or similar systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in the dental office
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education programs
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish )
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry
- Familiarity with Opendental or similar dental practice management systems - desired
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
