General Dentist needed in Harrisburg, PA
Practice Overview:Join a well-established dental practice with over 30 years in business, known for its commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Team: 3 Doctors, 8 Hygienists
- Facility: 14 operatories, fully digital with advanced technology (iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, Mouth-Watch Intraoral Camera)
- Patient Base: 80% PPO, 20% FFS
- New Patients: 20-30 per month
- Services Provided: General, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, including Invisalign & implants
- Schedule: Part-time or full-time options available
- Highly proficient in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- GPR or AEGD training preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient relationships
- Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Annual Salary: $200,000 – $350,000
- Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
