Job Description

About the Position:

Established practice operating since 1962
Patient base: 70% PPO, 30% FFS
Team includes 3 doctors, 2-3 hygienists per day, and 10 total chairs
Equipped with Overjet, iTero, and Wave One technology
Active patient base of 2,700
Minimum of 4-6 years of clinical experience required
High proficiency in general dentistry; experience in endodontics and/or oral surgery is preferred but not required
Ability to examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment
GPR or AEGD training preferred
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range: $170,000 - $230,000
Competitive minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections
