Job Description
San Antonio Privately Owned Dental Practice
This high-end practice is looking for an additional associate. They provide state-of-the-art equipment and focus on patient care. The owner is looking for someone compassionate and patient-focused. Advanced skills (sedation/basic endo/implant placement/etc.) are preferred, but mentorship and training are available. They are looking for at least 2 or more years of practice experience.
Schedule:
- 4-day work week. (Part-time applicants are considered on a case-by-case basis)
- No call or weekends
Practice details:
- 7 chairs with 2 dentists per day.
- State-of-the-art equipment, CBCT, etc
- Full sedation capabilities
- 6-8 treatments plus 8 hygiene checks per day
Financials:
- Current associates earn over $300k per year.
- Adjusted production 30-35% based on experience, skillset, and fit.
- 1099 contract
