ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
- Schedule: M-TH, 8a-5p (lunch 1p-2p)
- No Call
- Patient Volume: 6-8 Restorative & 8-16 Hygiene Checks
- Cases: FPD- Fixed Partial Denture, RPD- Removable Partial Denture, Operative, Root Canals (Molar Endo is a plus but not required), Surgical Extractions, Implant Placement (preferred but not required), Clear Aligner Ortho
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Ok license
- DEA, OBN, NPI, & CPR (all required)
