POSITION DETAILS:
- LOCATION: Langley AFB (Hospital Dental Clinic) - 77 Nealy Ave, Hampton, VA 23665.
- SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri: 6:45am – 4:00pm + 1hr lunch break
- PATIENT POP: Dental services to facility personnel & their family members
- PAY OPTION #1 (W-2): $87.50/hr + Full Benefits + AMG Insurance Coverage
- PAY OPTION #2 (1099): $106.86/hr + No insurance coverage & no benefits offered
- BENEFITS: 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick Leave
DENTIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS
- UPDATED RESUME/CV:
- BLS CERT: Must Active Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
- LICENSURE: Must have a current, active, and unrestricted Dentist license
