General Dentist Opportunity – Selma, NC

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join a well-established, two-doctor practice in Selma, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a 4-day work week and a strong team in place.

Practice Details:
- General dentistry focus (implant placement is a plus—Pan available)
- 10 operatories
- Experienced team including a hygienist and 4 dental assistants
- Primarily cash and insurance-based patient base

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed daily minimum, transitioning to 30-32% of adjusted production
