We are a patient-focused family dental practice located in the heart of San Antonio, Texas, just a short drive from the airport. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Lead General Dentist to join our growing team. As the Lead General Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive dental care to our patients. You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape your patient schedule with the support of a dedicated team, all while enjoying excellent compensation and work-life balance. We are offering an ideal environment for an experienced dentist looking to ramp up their patient base quickly and enjoy the flexibility of no weekends and Fridays off.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn up to $300,000 annually. Daily guarantee or 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections. Full benefits package.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, Fridays off and No weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and other routine dental procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care
  • Supervise and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient operations
  • Utilize clinical autonomy to shape your practice and patient approach
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment options
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon or similar dental software
  • Ensure a positive patient experience with excellent communication and care

Requirements:

  • Active Texas Dental License (DDS or DMD)
  • Active DEA Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical hands-on experience
  • Invisalign certification required
  • CPR-ACLS certification
  • Experience with Denticon software is a plus
