- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed - 3 months
- Preferred Schedule: M-F. 40 hours/week. 8a-4:30p (may consider 4-10's)
- Worksite Setting: Correctional Facility
- Scope of Work: General and urgent dental needs; must be comfortable doing extractions/fillings
- Requirements: TN License, DEA, BLS, CPR, clean background
- EMR: Proprietary
- Credentialing: 2 weeks
