Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $175,000 - $220,000 annually (based on experience)
• Health Insurance: Employer covers 95% of employee-only health insurance (3 plan options)
• Retirement: 401(k) with a 5% match
• PTO: 4 weeks annually (accrued, available after 90 days)
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable for top performers
• Relocation Assistance: Available
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4-day workweek optional)
• 1-hour lunch breaks

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, fillings, dentures, and other general dentistry procedures
• Manage approximately 16 patients per day with a focus on quality over quantity
• Work alongside a supportive team, including 1 dental hygienist and 2 dental assistants
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation using Dentrix or Eaglesoft EMR systems
• Foster a positive and patient-focused environment for the practice

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Clear and active dental license in the state of Iowa
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred)
• Dedication to providing exceptional care to the local community
