Outer Banks Area

  • Well-oiled practice w/ 10+ year history
  • General Dentistry
  • Current Dentist (solo shareholder) owns building + equipment
  • Owner is looking to sell & phase out over 3-4 year period
  • $1.5M to $2M annual practice revenue
  • Substantial earning opportunity as partner/owner ($700k or more)
  • Excellent office manager, 4 RDH's, 4 DA's, plus access to dental-specific CPA
  • Mon-Thurs schedule & 10-20 patients per day
  • 9 operatories & ability to expand to 12
  • 400-500 new patients in each of the past 2 years
  • Ideal candidate will offer general dentistry + root canals, simple ortho, minimal sedation
  • Negotiable starting/relocation stipend
