Join Our Team as a DDS in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area
Are you or someone you know looking for an exciting opportunity in dentistry? We have permanent 1099 DDS positions available and would love to talk to you about this rewarding opportunity!
Quick Facts:
- Private DDS practice with 3 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh area
- Locations of need: Greensburg, Greentree, and Cranberry
- Office setup: 6 Ops, 1 Hygienist, 2 Assistants, 1 Office Manager (varies by location)
- Flexible scheduling: Options for 3-4 day work weeks
- Team-oriented culture: Collaboration is key, with a focus on supporting one another
- Turnkey office: Ready for a high-producing DDS to start immediately
- General Dentistry: Must be comfortable with molar endodontics and extractions/Implants are a bonus but not required
- Patient base: 95% adults with a FFS payer mix
- Lab services: employer-matched
- Sedation options: IV Sedation and Nitrous/Pill
- Patients pay for procedures in full prior to treatment
- EMR: Dentrix
- Partnership and mentorship opportunities available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation: 34-40% of collections
- Top producers earning $600k+
- $10k sign-on/relocation assistance
- Student loan reimbursement programs
- Continuing education allowance: $1,200, credentialing covered, and malpractice insurance percentage
