Job Description
A thriving private dental practice with four locations seeks a talented and motivated Associate Dentist to join their team! The incoming doctor will primarily work at the Chillicothe location, with potential opportunities to serve at the Hamilton office.
Position Details
- Schedule: 4-5 days per week.
- Compensation:
- Guaranteed base salary of $200,000.
- Competitive production-based pay at 32-34% of adjusted net collections.
- Practice Features:
- Comprehensive full-scope dentistry, including pediatric care, oral surgery, endodontic procedures, extractions, implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
- Immediate patient base to ensure a busy schedule from day one.
- Supportive team environment in a modern facility.
- Loan Repayment Incentive:
- NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible: Receive up to $60,000 in tax-exempt loan repayment for a two-year commitment, with re-eligibility after two years.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: DDS or DMD degree; must be licensed to practice in Missouri or have the ability to obtain a Missouri license before the start date.
- Experience: Open to both new graduates and experienced providers.
