Specialty Accepted: Dentist
Start Date or Shifts Requested: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: 9 hours per week, schedule is flexible within Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Job Details
Typical cases: no surgery, evals, cleaning, teeth pulling
Requirements: Board Certified, Board Eligible or GP acceptable, DEA, Iowa License, CPR certification, Background check (3 years), Provider must have their OWN Auto Insurance, and show proof of insurance as this is a requirement due to it being a federal facility. No new grads and must be comfortable with adolescents/young adults.
Number of Chairs/Volume per day: 2 chairs / 5-10
Ages: 16-24 (must be comfortable with adolescents/young adults)
EMR: paper charting
