Job Description

General Dentist needed in Wisconsin for a locum assignment.

Location: PLOVER, WI
Dates needed: Dec 23, 31, Jan 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-31, Feb 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, Mar 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28
Hours: Mon-Thur 8a-5p, Fri 7a-1p

Clinical Staff: 1 HYG/3 DAs
Required procedures: Must be proficient with Simple/Surgical Extractions/Full Mouth - Denture Steps
Avg patients per day: 20
Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth- please notate any limitations in presentation


Location: Madison, WI
Dates needed: Dec 19 & 26
Hours: 9am-7pm

Clinical Staff : 1 MCD, 1 Assoc, 2 Hyg, 2 DA
Require Procedures : Fillings, Extractions, Dentures, New Patient exams, Hyg
Avg PPD: 20-25
Additional Requirements : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth- please notate any limitations in presentation
