Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate General/Pediatric Dentist for a locum opportunity in South Carolina. This is a 100% pediatric dentistry role in a busy, supportive clinic environment. With high earning potential and mentorship opportunities, this position is ideal for those who love working with kids and are looking to make a meaningful impact.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: Credentialing required (90-120 days to complete)
- End Date: Initial assignment is 3-4 months, with the option to extend or transition to permanent placement.
- Schedule: 4-day workweek, 10-hour days.
- Patient Load: 18-20 pediatric patients per day.
- Clinic Setting: Fully staffed with experienced support teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Daily Guaranteed Pay: $800-$1,000 per day, plus production bonuses (20% hygiene, 30% operations).
- High Earning Potential: $200,000-$400,000 annually (based on a 4-day workweek).
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.
- Future Ownership Opportunity: Begin with mentorship and grow into ownership.
- Travel & Housing: Fully covered (car, flight, hotel).
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD with an active South Carolina license (or eligibility).
- Must be comfortable working exclusively with pediatric patients.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred, but mentorship is available for recent graduates.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
