Opportunity to join an established, tech forward, aesthetically pristine practice located in Mansfield, TX.

• Currently offered at our practice: All Preventative and General Dental Services, Periodontal Therapy, Zoom Whitening, Composite Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Implant Surgery, Sinus Lifts, Endodontics, Extractions with Bone Grafts and Membranes, Dentures and Partials.
• Sedation: Oral Conscious is offered with Nitrous Oxide

Primary need is for Saturdays-only. We have room Fridays, too, if you would like to do both. Every Saturday ongoing is the need.

We have a wonderful staff and very little turnover.

We collaborate and enjoy dialogue between doctors. Nobody will ever be over your shoulder. But we do communicate. And it is an inclusive environment that enables open communication amongst all staff members.

Who is a fit?

• MUST HAVE worked the last/previous two years, or more, outside of a training environment.
• Ideal candidates have to be passionate about dentistry and enthusiastic.
• Personal and professional backgrounds will be considered.
• Unable to sponsor visas of any kind as we are for-profit without academic ties.

Financials:

• Position pays $600/day or 30% of Adjusted Production - the greater of the two.

Saturdays are predominately hygiene checks and emergencies. Plenty of same-day treatments to provide. There are also lots of patients who will only be seen on Saturdays so you will surely develop an established, non-emergency, patient base over time.

• Current doctors in this practice average between $2k and $7k in production on Saturdays.

Practice is PPO and Fee for Service only with a high collection rate.
