Opportunity to join one of the top rated practices in Lancaster, CA

• Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time.
• Need is for Wednesdays and Fridays only. 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Doctors average $6k to $8k/day in personal production.
• We pay on adjusted production so you need not worry over chasing collections. We handle all of that on your behalf, with great efficiency and effectiveness, so you can focus on your patients. We all want to get paid quickly and fully for our work and that is always a priority for our team.
• We also provide a daily minimum while you are ramping up. That said, you will be walking into a full schedule awaiting you so we anticipate a very short ramp-up period.

Tech:

• CBCT and Intraoral cameras.
• WaveOne Implant System with electric motors.
• We have worked with a traveling OMFS for many years for surgical extractions and implant placement referrals. Treatments provided in-house.
• We restore implants but do not place them. That said, if you place implants and want to continue doing that in our office we will gladly support that.
• We use Nobel and Straumann Implant drivers.

Staff/Culture:

We have outstanding assistants that have decades of experience. Well versed in all treatments we offer and they know our patients very well.

• Culture is extremely important to us and we do all we can to maintain a focus on culture.
• This is a soft touch practice, and we are soft touch people.
• We celebrate birthdays and the owner-doctor pays for the parties. We meet for happy hours often.
• We truly embrace a team approach.
• We are no also a no ego, no drama practice.
• The owner-doctor takes the trash out every day. His self-appointed duty for many years now. He sets the tone for our office and you will never hear any of us say, "Not my job."
• You will never hear yelling, or angry exchanges in our practice. It just doesn't happen. We do not bring people on that would conduct themselves in that way.

Who is a fit?

• Must have worked the past 2 years, or more, outside of a training environment. Or, at least one year plus a residency.
• Must provide anterior Endo. Premolar and molar would be a plus.
• Doctors are not at the practice on the same days so you must be comfortable working independently. Again, tons of support. The owner is only a call away on the days he's not scheduled and often can come in as needed with just a few minute's notice.
• We communicate well and often to provide the best continuity of care for our patients. Must be interested in a collaborative environment.
• Personal and professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered prior to hire.
• Unable to support visas as we are for-profit without any academic ties.

If/when you expand to 3 days per week that would qualify you for full benefits including 401k with match, equity investment opportunities, and we would also cover your malpractice premiums, license expense, and DEA.
