Position Overview: As a Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care focused on corrective treatment, disease prevention, and the promotion of dental health. Effective communication with patients, administrative staff, and medical personnel is essential. You'll collaborate as an equal team member and manage stressful situations calmly, helping reduce anxiety for patients and staff.
Compensation and Benefits:
- 31-33% of collections (tiered), with a 99% collection rate over the last six years
- Daily guarantee of $1,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Rotating schedule: One week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Next week: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. (Two five-day breaks per month)
