Hours: Wed-Thur 8a-5p, Fri 8a-1p
Clinical Staff : 1 RDH, 4 DA
Require Procedures : Surgical Extractions
Avg PPD: 20-30
Additional Requirements : None
Reason for need: Vacation Coverage
