Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30a-5p, Fri 8:30a-1p
Clinical Staff : 1MCD/ 1 Hyg
Require Procedures : Surgical Extractions
Avg PPD: 30-40
Additional Requirements : None
Reason for need: Vacation Coverage
