General Dentist needed in Northwestern Arizona for a locum assignment.
Dates needed: Nov 11-15, 18-22, 25-27, 29
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:15a-5:30p, Fri 7:45-1pm
Clinical Staff : 3 DA, 1 Hyg
Require Procedures : Surgical Extractions
Avg PPD: 20-30
Additional Requirements : None
Reason for need: Vacation Coverage
