General Dentist needed for a locum assignment in California
Dates: Oct 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31, Nov 1
Hours: Mon & Tues 7:30a-4:30p, Wed 8a-5pm, Thur 9a-6p, Fri 8a-2p
Clinical Staff: 1 HYG 2DAs
Required procedures: surgical extractions, clear aligners, bone grafting, dentures
Avg patients per day: 25
**This assignment will only consider dentist with an active DEA with all schedules and active CSR
