General Dentistry Opportunity in North Carolina *High Earnings & Partnership Potential*

COMPENSATION AND PERKS:

• Compensation Structure: 37% of collections
• Estimated Annual Earnings:
  • $800K - $1M annually based on collections
• Partnership Opportunity: Available after 12 months of employment

FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (4-5 days per week, no call)
• Procedures: Extractions, implants, and advanced surgeries (if desired)
• Patient Load: Walk into a full patient panel, averaging 15 patients per day (combination of surgeries and consultations)
• Insurance: In-network with Delta Dental; the rest is paid in full at the time of service

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Oral surgery degree (DMD/DDS) and board-eligible or board-certified
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Sponsorship for J1 and H1B visa candidates available
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care
